Gordian Knot

I ripped a movie with smartripper, used Gordian Knot to encode it, keeping the ac3 stream. The beginning of the final product is strange, small segments of the movie repeats itself three times then moves on to the next segment. This only happenes for about the first 15 minutes. Any ideas?

I followed everything to the T, worked fine for other movies.

it doesn't matter if it worked with other movies or not (well.. if it didn't we'd have to be looking for a more severe problem).. try vstrip and report back. If you can't handle vstrip.. try cladDVD (http://clonead.cjb.net), it's based on the vstrip engine
