MPC-HC EDL "How to"

I'd like to create a EDL (edit decision list) with MPC-HC.

MPC does have commands build in for it.
Does anyone know how this works?!

So far I've established:
Key mapping internal commands: (though options/keys menu)
-Toggle EDL Window
-EDL Set in
-EDL Set out
-EDL New Clip
-EDL Save (doesn't seem to do anything)

What I still need:
User Function. (What for / How used)
Hot folder. (What for / How used)
How to enter a Clipname?
Saving / Exporting the EDL. (not unimportant)

Nobody knows how to create an EDL with MPC?
