Change AVI aspect ratio in batch? (besides MPEG4Tookit)

I have a ton of videos of which I would like to change the display AR.

Is there a program that will do this besides MPEG4Toolkit? I couldn't figure out how to save files in that program. With it's horrible design, I don't feel I can trust it with my files.

MPEG4 Modifier can do it. You need .NET installed, though.
