Please note i have tried every solution on here and many other forums!! none worked this however did.

is your problem similar?
Found a rather weird workaround to the problem some of us have were u encode mkv video and try to convert the audio to ACC and comes up with no sound. and when u uncheck the normalize 100 it sounds fast like chimp monk.

if its the same problem or similar then try my workaround

Uninstall avisynth
Uninstall any codes or codec packs u might have
Download and install PSPVC (http://pspvc.nswardh.com/download.php)
download and install CCCP Codec (http://cccp-project.net/download.php?type=cccp)

i don't know what pspvc does but if u try to encode Ur audio now it should work fine

last but not least u can then uninstall pspvc
and uninstall CCCP change for k-lite or keep cccp it wont affect the fix :) though u do need one of the two

Are you on Windows 7?
If you are, use Win7DSTweaker to set AAC decoder to ffdshow.

That was the point with my question for the log :)
