Grainy video...

I have a BD of a show. While most of the show is good 1080P quality, certain shots are very grainy. I've attached a picture to show what I mean. It is especially noticable in the black.

Is there a plugin I can use to clean up that graininess, without making the rest of the video worse?

I'd probably try MCTemporalDenoise (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=139766) with medium preset.
