Target Output Size under windows7

Cannot get this to work, it always come out as DVD-9 since I transfered to windows 7x64
TargetSectors= 4000000 , or
CCETargetSectors=4000000
(also tried 3000000)


I tried to change the value in the rebuilder.ini under

C:\Users\T23FrontPC\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\DVD-RB PRO

and C:\Program Files (x86)\DVD-RB PRO

although from the destination folder info in them it is first one that seems active

Is that a known issue, any workarounds

Either install the program outside of the "Program Files" folder or run it with Administrator privilege.

This time I removed everything DVDrebuilber, encoders, registry...avisynth

then reinstall in C:\DVD_rebuilder and all is working now,
