Interlaced mp4 video flagged as progressive

Greetings.

Need help fixing what appears to be a case of interlaced MP4 video wrongly flagged as progressive.

My Sanyo HD2000 is usually set to record 1920x1080/60p video at 24mbps, High@L4.2 setting.

But for some unknown reason, this clip was recorded at the setting of 17mbps Main@L4.0, and looked interlaced although flagged as progressive.

When imported into multiAVCHD, the resulting video became 120p, making it unplayable in a stand alone BD player.

Appreciate any input making this either a proper 60i or 60p video.
