the defect is as follows

http://file2.net/thb/110202/2159gf.png (http://file2.net/110202img2159gf.png.html) http://file2.net/thb/110202/5745jj.png (http://file2.net/110202img5745jj.png.html) http://file2.net/thb/110202/5562dl.png (http://file2.net/110202img5562dl.png.html) http://file2.net/thb/110202/2528jy.png (http://file2.net/110202img2528jy.png.html)

is a kind of over-sharp, even though in reality it is not overly sharp video, but still noticeable artifacts

I read in the discussion of AnimeIVTC that there is a function chrfix, but I can not use it, because says there is no function named "TCMCmod"
also can not use the AnimeIVTC to 50 fps... how can I do?

chrfix is the right way for my problem?.. or is there a better alternative?

I do not like to use anti-aliasing filters, because too rounded edges

I do not have the source of the video, I only have the video as you see it in the caps

The idea is that this source is not worth to invest one minute of time. MHO.

you could at least give me a suggestion about the system of sharp to be taken?

I'm not too happy of unsharpmask and sharpen

Well, after another cup of coffee, this thought did come up:

- the source you show has no detail at all. It's hoplessly over-smoothed.

- now, if anything looks remotely like "detail", then ... it must be an artifact!

c = last
c.repair(c.repair(c.medianblur(2,2,2),1),12).removegrain(11)

This should be suited to remove those "sharp defects". And - writing that line takes only 10 seconds or less. That's a justifiable effort.

blurs the image
is not what I was looking

to blur I also am able
I try something that removes the defect without blurring

Below is what your source is about.

And you are concerned about "blurring"? You must be joking! :D

See, a dead horse is a dead horse. No matter how much you beat it ....

:p

I think I would something that eliminates bright "dots" (and lines)... what do you think?

another example

with BlindDeHalo3

already BlindDeHalo3 does very, but are those bright spots annoying...

It's not "oversharping", it's simply the lack of bandwidth - either from insufficient bitrate or from transmission errors.
