Hello, I've a mkv and I want to re-encode it. The file has this features:

Runtime : ~50min
Size : 1/2 DVD5
Framerate : 23.976
Resolution : 1280x720
Bitrate : ~5000 kbps
Audio : English 5.1 DTS 1536kbps
Audio2 : English 192kbps AC3 2.0

Video has codec H264 with profile High@4.1.

My question is, what I can do to keep the same codec and settings? Actually file is 2.18GB and I want reduce it as 1.1GB..

Where did you get that mkv file? Do you own the original Bluray?
