upscale, denoise, sharpening

Hello.
I'd like pre process with avisynth some images, for next recognition steps.

My problem is that some images are small and my algorithm can't recognize them..
Idea is prefilter these images with avisynth, for example upscaling them, deleting noise, increasing sharp, etc..

in this I recognize T bottle product label

this because bottle is too much small and I can't find many features; if I get the same details level of the first photo I can recognize them

any approach (also very slow) to have a very good prefiltering (better if remove also noise)?

no suggestions?
I'd like increase focus expecially from some blurred objects

Use a sharpener, maybe denoise also before sharpening, both spatially. Don't expect too much...
