tormento

I am trying to properly encode the chronological version of Memento (you can find it in the extras of the BD).
However, it seems to my eyes (which are a bit flawed) that the credits are interlaced and/or telecined, the film is progressive.
Here I attach you three significative parts: credits, b/w and color.
If my suspects are true, besides from encoding credits separately, what kind of malevolence have the editors used to create this part of the movie? A small sample script should be useful ;)

Thank you all ;)
