Hello, I am having trouble with ripping files from my DVD-ROM to my hardrive. Some of the DVD discs can not be read when I try to play them and a message will come up with "Disc format unsuppoted". The software I have is POWERDVDxp. BTW my DVD players read them fine. Is this a problem witrh my Toshiba DVD-ROM or the POWERDVD software. Thanks for any info.

I am using smartripper 2.41, but POWERDVDxp cannot play them so smartripper definitely cannot read them. So I am trying to solve the "play" part and then it should have no problem ripping, right? Is there a way to rip without the POWERDVD recognizing it first?
