How do I create a lossless files with MeGUI and x264?

Go into config for x264, check the Show Advanced Setting box, change the mode to Const. Quantizer and use a Quantizer of 0.

I want to bump this thread. Spent last hours doing intense google-fu but every thread or resource I come across never had any decent explanation how do other x264 encoder settings affect lossless mode with qp=0.
