IVTC in Shaolin Soccer

Did anyone manage to remove telecine from the chinese movie "Shaolin Soccer"?
I tried with TMpeg, Telecide+Decimate and with a dedicated plug in for avisynth, but I still get interlaced frames.
Can anyone suggest me a good technique to take the movie back to 24fps with progressive frames?

Be warned, almost all HK DVDs are telecined in crappy way. Try GreedyHMA plugin with (1,0,4,0,1,1,0,0) or Decomb plugin with Decimate(5).

Ok, I obtained good results with Decomb. It requires RGB->YUV2 conversion, but it's the solution which gives best deinterlacing, at least for Shaolin Soccer. It's not a true 3:2 pulldown removal, infact there are some blended frames, but the average quality is good and the resize filter cleans all the remaining artifacts.
