I want to convert G.711 audio file to playble format
such as MP3 or AC3.
I searched all the web but I couldn't find how to do it.

I found 'MP4Box' and I found it also provides the source code.
But it seems that it doesn't convert G.711.

Could anyone help me?

FFmpeg.

Also this is unrelated to AVC/H.264

My Video is in H.264 so I made a mistake.
