I'm currently trying to restore some clips from an old Disney cartoon. It's ripped from DTV as it has never been released on a medium.
The most annoying problem with this source, is the green shadow visible here:

The source is also plagued with dotcrawl/mosquito noise (look at Jiminy Cricket's hat)
I'm currently trying different methods to restore it to see what works best, but it seem to need some heavy filtering to make it nice. Ultimatively I would like to upscale it to 1080p, but it's not pretty atm.
I tried the "Remation"-script which really gets the job done when it comes to re-animating, but with this source it makes it a bit too artificial.
Please, if you have any suggestions on which filters I might benefit from when restoring this are welcome.
I have uploaded a large sample here (http://rapidshare.com/files/440043252/sample.m2v) (34 sec, 37MB) and a smaller one here (http://rapidshare.com/files/440309357/smallsample.m2v) (7 sec, 7MB).
