I had a driver problem. My I.E. Explorer 8 kept freezing and had to restart. I called on my "Help Program" and later HP.When all the powers to be i.e Microsoft and Hp determined my NVIDIA GE Force 9100 was causing this problem and was told to upgrade my driver, low and behold Device Manager told me it was the latest driver. Went on HP support got nowhere, out of desperation I bought into one of those Driver Update deals. The one I picked was Driver Fetch. It scanned all my drivers and updated them, so far so good. Has anyone tried any of these Driver Update programs. I hope I did the right thing, I usually don't fall for the easy come ons, but thought I would give it a try. I know this is overlong, anyone tried these things successfully or am I a dork. Time will tell.

You got scammed. I'd remove this program and scan your PC for malware.
If you need to update drivers, don't go by what Device Manager / Windows Update tells you.
Go straight to the manufacturer's website, and get the latest drivers for your PC.
Since you have an nVidia GeForce 9100, you can probably use the reference drivers directly from www.nvidia.com. Other, harder to find stuff can usually be had from your manufacturer's website (HP in your case).

More down to perhaps the root problem of using Internet Explorer... don't mean to turn this into one of those browser-war threads but just use anything but Internet Explorer. It crashes for me when I use it. Hence I stopped using it.
