Hi guys
I need to buy a DVD writer. I want to buy PIONEER A03 IDE
But I have a question. I think ScenaristNT only writes on SCSI devices. Is it true ? If it is true , I can't buy A03.

So please help me.

Thanks in advance

You don't need to worry about scenarist not doing IDE devices. It can make ISO files (it calls them .DVD files, rename to .ISO and burn it with Parssi Primo that comes with the A03.

Works everytime.

I have burned several DVDs from Scenarist to my A03. Works just fine.

VOB Instant CD/DVD also burns ScenaristNT images with no problems.

To burn directly from Scenerist to A03:

Check the 3rd box in the Layout Editor (after you've checked and run the first two boxes) and choose the "DVR-103" in the target device, then press start.

If you do not see the A03, make sure that you have installed the ASPI layer.

BTW: I am using Scenerist 2.5.1.0211.

If you don't want to use Scenerist to burn your DVDR, then just do the first checkbox in the layout editor (Create DVD Video). Then run your favorite DVD burning program like Primo (See the following for a short tutorial: http://mpucoder.dynodns.net/derrow/primo.html )
