Need help converting AVC to XviD

Hi,

For the first time today I took some videos with my LUMIX Panasonic HD AVCHD Lite supported camera, and wanted to convert them to XviD, I have did few encodes using meGUi AVC script creator, but after encoding finish all comes messy, when I play them, they are playing faster in playback :confused:.

I check the Fps in AvsPmod for the original file, it shows it 50, and when I use bober it goes to 100 Fps and MediaInfo tells something else
Video #0 : AVC at 11.8 Mbps
Aspect : 1280 x 720 (1.778) at 25.000 fps

So Now I'm totally confuse what to do :)

I get this error when I open multiavchd from desktop

and do I need to put popBD and uncropmkv to multiavchd folder?

Could you provide a light guide on how to convert to xvid or any other file?
