Hi, i ran into a problem. I have this dvd here and i try to do an avi (xvid) out of it.

Video Info of the .vob is as followed:

Video
ID : 224 (0xE0)
Format : MPEG Video
Format version : Version 2
Format profile : Main@Main
Bit rate mode : variabel
Bit rate : 6 658 Kbps
Nominal bit rate : 7 700 Kbps
Width : 720 Pixel
Height : 480 Pixel
Display aspect ratio : 16:9
Frame rate : 23,976 FPS
Standard : NTSC
Color space : YUV
Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0
Bit depth : 8 bits
Scan type : progressiv
Scan order : 2:3 Pulldown
Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.803

so if i encode it without ivtc, i have dupe frames...
When i encode it with TIVTC it seems that 1 frame is missing, meaning the picture seems to jump every 5-6 frames...

The original vob als seems to "jump" when i watch it...

Is there a filter that can maybe add a frame inbetween, where it seems there is 1 missing?
