I'm using ffmpeg to convert videos from mpeg2 (tv caps) to avi.

After search i found that works with old “-vhook” function but i don't know what exactly version to looking for.

Hi! I'm using ffmpeg to convert videos from mpeg2 (tv caps) to avi. What right (or reason) would you have for adding a watermark to a TV capture?

Sorry my friend, i can't see your point. Is not only caps is also old personal videos etc etc.. and general speaking is more experimental work (hobby) then anything else .

I type "mpeg2 tv caps" as usually format example. In any case is NOT for commercial use.

.. so, you are member of CISAC^ (http://www.cisac.org/CisacPortal/security.do?method=beforeAuthenticate) or what..

It's just that logos are generally frowned upon around here. They serve no purpose other than to deface and degrade videos.

As I said here -> http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1465064#post1465064 nobody use Logos for himself, but for distributing videos (egocentric issues). There's no other use for a logo.
