Encode from DTS HD MA

Hello,
is it possible to encode to any other format (AAC mainly) from the DTS HD MA uncompressed source rather than from the dts core to retain the best audio quality?
Same thing for DD TrueHD.

Another thing, will haali media splitter ever support reproduction of DTS HD MA audio from m2ts (so directly from the BD disc)? To play audio through I always have to remux to MKV!
