About encoder comparison of Intel's IPP

Dear all,

I had read many discussion threads about the encoder comaprison on the forum and felt very helpful from that.

But, I am curisous that have you guys tried to use the MPEG-2 encoder by Intel's IPP? If so, how do you think the qualtiy of it by comaring HcEnc and QuEnc?

And, do you know that the MPEG-2 encoder of Intel's IPP can be compliant to DVD Spec?
