Remove camera phone artifacts

Hello, I have these photos taken with a htc desire hd

As you can see if you zoom there are a lot of artifacts (compression artifacts I think expecially)...
CAn I enhance these photos?

thanks for reply! I tried and all artifacts gone..
but I lost also focus and details .. and also seems that colors are different (for example text seems more dark and lost luminance in contours)

any way to remove artifacts and keep details (or better, enhance also them?)

Enhancing? There is nothing to enhance. It's a bad mix of helplessly oversharpened crap, which is swimming in a muddy ocean of blurry nothingness.
