Actually, some frames look better but I see some little red spots in the corrected image which are not on the left image (not corrected), for example on the shirt of the blond girl, above her hands on frame n° 3.

To see if this chroma problem comes from my decoder or from my Hauppauge card, I can record a program with my Hauppauge's analog tuner and upload an extract for you. But other problems will probably appear because of the analog signal.
And I can also record an extract of movie (progressive source) by the 1st post method to compare it with the interlaced source given above.
