Put Blu-rays Back Together

I've got a couple of my Blu-rays ripped that I'd like to re-encode to put on my HTPC, but the .m2ts files are in multiple pieces. I tried using Clown BD, but the resulting files somehow spliced in the extras. BDInfo I think showed the right movies, but doesn't put it together. How can a put this back together so I can run it through RipBot? Thanks for any help.

Anything that uses EAC3to will be able to demux the appropriate streams ...

Pretty sure Ripbot264 uses EAC3to, so all you need to do is feed it one right M2TS file and it should use EAC3to to put them together, if not BluRip, StaxRip and HDConvertToX will pick streams up from the MPLS file and works beautifully ...

Thanks for the reply. I figured out if I used the play list from BDInfo to add them to TSMuxer, it would spit out a good .m2ts file. At least it worked for the first one. The second one I did, it gave me an error code -2, bad frame detected - possible container streams are not synchronized. I'm not sure how to fix it.
