mpc-hc, problem with external filters

the only external filter i can add is cyberlink, why?
mpc-hc x86, 1.4.2499.0

What are other filters you want to add ?
Don't forget that in some cases you need to register filter in system or use some nasty hacks like putting some files in Common Files or other folder to get it work properly ;)

i don't have this problem with the kmplayer & older versions of mpc-hc.
