Gordian Knot Created two Avi's

I new to Gordian Knot and my first attempt and this is what i wound up with COP_OUT.avi 1.36Gb. and COP_OUT.cd1.avi 700 MB
Can someone tell me why it created two Files ?

No COP_OUT.cd2.avi?

It creates the unsplit AVI and then 2 split AVIs. There should be three all together.

Thanks i now realized what is happening with the multiple files and also i can't configure my VobSub i get message , Problem starting "dvobsub.ax" is this because i'm running 7 ultimate and the vob. files are 32 bit ?

I haven't a clue as I'm on XP. Perhaps someone else can help.
