Hi all, it is me again and I have another problem. I am having some strange color problem when I capture anything with my Dazzle DVC 100 and was hoping anyone can help me out.
First of all, I have provided a link to 2 test AVI files.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=M9375XXF
One was Captured from my SNES and the other is (as exact as possible) a clone of the captured file, but from an emulator to provide perfect colors. The reason I have included the emulator one is because I want you to see how I want my capture to look basically at specific fade-in/fade-out screens.
Now, look at frames 78-81 on the EMU avi file. Looks good right? Now compare that to frames 18-20 on the SNES avi file... Yeaaaaah... Not so good looking for the fade-in there.
I'm not sure what exactly it is called, but I'm sure that it isn't supposed to look that bad when fading. Sure it won't be emulator perfect, but I know it's not supposed to be that bad. It's like the colors are too "heavy" in some areas and with certain colors while fading.
Anyways, is there some sort of workaround for this or maybe I can fix this somehow? It's just really unsightly. If I am missing some info anyone needs, just ask me.
Edit: Screenshots would probably help.
