configure decoder won't open

I get this message when try to open decoder or encoder
used current version ( Xvid-1.2.2-07062009 )

Uninstall it - once finished, right click the Xvid-1.2.2-07062009.exe and choose "Run as administrator", to (re)install it again.

You wouldn't happen to be trying to use a 64-bit version of VirtualDub w/ a 32-bit version of XviD, would you?
