RipBot 264 - Is there a way to convert 3D movies?

I purchased a Monsters Vs Aliens blu-ray in 3D and have ripped it to my hard drive.

Is there a way to convert it to a mkv file with RipBot 264 and still preserve the two video streams so that I can watch it on a 3D TV?

When RipBot 264 reads the blu-ray structure and pops up a window that allows you to select streams, it comes up with two video streams:

2: h264/AVC (left eye), 1080p24 /1.001 (16:9)
3: h264/AVC (right eye), 1080p24 /1.001 (16:9)


There is no option to select both streams, only one or the other.

The only GUI that re-encodes 3D at the moment is 3DBDBuster (http://www.biohemmet.se/3dbdbuster.php), beta v3.5 works kinda stable (there are some threads around Doom 9 on it too), have also been notified that an upcoming version of multiAVCHD may also do it, preview here (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1410485&postcount=16) :P

7ekno, thanks for the reply.

I'm surprised by the lack of 3D tools and also the lack of 3D bluray movies available in Australia, given the number og 3D TVs that are being sold here.
