I use MeGUI to create simple .mp4 files containing 264 and aac streams. Video and audio come directly from a .avs file created in AvsP.

I would like to simplify the process if possible. Firstly is it possible to make MeGUI always load the same .avs file in the audio input as I enter in the video input?
When I hit Auto encode the default container is always MKV, can I change that to .mp4?

Small things I know but when I'm loading a batch of 30 files it would be a great time saver...

Thanks.

Options > settings > extra config > configure AutoEncode defaults

Thanks, I've changed that. Now about the input selection...
