BD Encoder with Menu's?

Was curious if anyone was aware of a GUI/program that could assist me achieve the below results.

I own many DVD's of series and workout video's. I would like to combine as many of these DVD's with a menu and encoded it to a BLU-Ray to burn.

My objective is to get a whole series or all of one workout video program on to ONE Blu-Ray disc with menu's
