Hi all!!
If I use MEGUI File Indexer to index m2v or h264, then choice DGindex or DGAVCindex, so by defaul which Field Operation will be selected (Honor Pulldown Flags, Forced Film...)?
After index m2v,h264 by DGindex, DGAVCindex or index container (mp4/mkv) by FFMSindex (in MEGUI's File Indexer), then using MEGUI's Auto Detection Source, almost case, MEGUI can auto detect, so are the results correct? Can we trust them?
Thank you guys so much.

There are manuals for all these tools included. They list the default options that are used.
I don't understand your second question, please rephrase it.

It mean after index, MEGUI can detect what is source of video (progressive, interlaced...) by press Analise button (that i called MEGUI's Auto Detection Source). And i want to know can we trust this funtion.

Analyse works by looking at the video as the source filter delivers it to megui. It always worked for me except for field blended sources, so you should be fine 99% of the time.
