Is that function in hidden settings where if "original" is ticked, the target will have same SAR as source regardless if "override" is ticked, confirmed to be a bug?

Personally, I still do not understand how this works. If the whole box is about the target SAR wouldn't the 3 choices on the right suffice? I do not understand the function of the "override" button.
