First of all, I apoligize if I put this in the wrong catagory.

Is anyone else having a problem bringing up DvdFab? I just used it the other day and it worked. Then it was time for me to update my McAfee Virus, so sure hope that didn't have anything to do with it.

Any suggestions?

This is so frustrating. Here is what is says:
DvdFab 8 has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I am a paid regestered user for DvdFab
The error said this which is all mumble jumble to me. Anyone know how I can fix this problem? I've already reinstalled twice and rebooted computer. Please help!!

I emailed DVD Fab support team yesterday but haven't heard back yet. Is there any other program you would suggest using instead of DvdFab?

1) It typically takes them 2-3 days to respond

2) You say:I am a paid regestered user for DvdFabSo why would you be willing to discontinue its use due to a (hopefully) short term problem?

3) Is there any other program you would suggest using instead of DvdFab? What kind of processing are you doing?

You may also want to complain to McAfee ... as this seems to be the cause of the problem.

1) 2-3 days huh? Okay, I will try and wait.

2) I dont want to discontinue using dvdfab. I been using it for a long time and like it. Just wondering what other options theres to use instead of dvdfab.

3) What kind of processing am I doing? Sorry Im so stupid, but I dont know. What ever dvdfab does before I burn my movie on dvd shrink. doesnt it take out the stuff so I can make a copy of the paid movies I bought?

I'm thinking it might have something to do with the update renewal version of McAfee but not sure. But if I called them, I wouldnt even know what to say.
