i want to encode my games videos which are uncompressed avi files [recorded using fraps]

i have used megui before so please tell me which profile should i use for such a huge file 800MB+ for 30 odd sec

i have tried HQ- slower/insane but the result is not satisfactory and there is a little whitening in the video after encode

EDIT: i dont want to change resolution

Maybe just do not have enough bitrate. Use mode crf ("Const. Quality"). crf 17 - good quality. crf 16 gives an image almost indistinguishable from the source.
