When ImgBurn exported Blu-ray ISOs, it labeled some correctly but others have the LOGICAL_VOLUME_ID label instead of the "name of the movie" label.
How can that label be changed without affecting anything else in the Blu-ray ISO?

With ImgBurn open to Write image file to disc, select Tools, ISO, Change Volume Label. :)

'it' didn't label anything.
The volume label is part of the file system and is just another sector on the disc. It therefore gets copied exactly (1:1) as ImgBurn reads each and every sector on the disc and writes it to the hdd.
If you change the volume label, you have modified it away from what it's supposed to be. (be it right or wrong in your eyes)
It uses the volume label as a basis for the file name. If you just want to rename the file, simply select it and press F2 (or right click and select Rename).
