Looking for tool that will give me title lengths in Windows

I am looking for a tool similar to the Linux lsdvd tool that will give me the lengths for each title on a dvd, except I need it for windows.

Once I know which title # I can use mplayer to rip.

Anyone know of a good tool?

I have DVD Decrypter. How do you get a list of titles and the times for each title using that tool?

I tried it and did not see a way.
