Hi all,
I bought a DVD that I believe was originally shot in 25p and was somehow converted to 60i for the NTSC DVD release.
It's the MUSE H.A.A.R.P live DVD if anyone knows it.
I have ripped it to my computer and my goal is to encode it to an MKV file with the DTS audio, however I need to figure out how to get it to its original progressive stream.
I tried both smartdecimate and telecide/decimate and found out it won't go to 24p smoothly so thats what leads me to believe its 25p.
Let me know if it would be easier if you had a sample...
