Young Frankenstein BD degrain

Has anybody successfully degrained the BD of Young Frankenstein? It seems grain is so pervasive that it must be part of the film itself ;)

Uhhh, that's the whole point. Mel Brooks purposefully created the film with a mono soundtrack, in black and white, and with a terrible picture/lots of grain. Everything about the movie and its production is meant for the purpose to parody.
