Any way to extract PiP streams?

Please don't judge, but I really enjoyed the picture-in-picture video commentary track on Sorority Row. Is there any way I can extract just that stream, with a view to converting it to another format (eg. XviD)?

I've ran each of the m2ts files through the DGIndex range of programs but none seem to contain this video. :(

tsMuxeR can demux the PiP video stream and the secondary audio if it is Dolby Digital Plus. If it is DTS Express secondary audio, then your out of luck.
So load the associated .mpls, or the .m2ts if it is not multi-part, into tsMuxeR and give it a try.
You could view the entire contents of the Blu-ray with BDInfo to help you determine the correct .m2ts and the audio type.

Yes. To mux PIP you have to use --secondary option in the meta.

@deank To mux PIP you have to use --secondary option in the meta.I don't believe that's necessary, to do what the OP stated - to simply extract the PIP audiostream (NOT DTSExpress) and videostream and then simply mux the two as a new "Blu-ray", which can then be converted to another format...
