Assuming you've got Mencoder & MuxMan correctly installed and configured in your INI, the 'Use tsMuxeR' will have a third state

On the third step you can select destination DVD size and number of threads. Your audio is limited to AC3 (DVD standard has to have 1 video, 1 AC3 or PCM track - DTS is optional). You can only operate in batch mode (too lazy to code & test the Mencoder and MuxMan hooking):

Thanks. I'm really interested in this new feature!

I just ran a test, but had some problems. The video never finished rendering, it just kept repeating and repeating forever. I ended up with a 25GB .mpv file... it never muxed because it didn't get to that step. The clip I used to test was 1 minute long, and I ended up with a video of over 6 hours, with the clip repeated hundreds of times...

I ran another test, on a different computer, this time with an original Bluray BDMV folder as the source. The same thing happened - this computer's pretty fast though, so the mpv file got to 143GB before I stopped it! ;)

I guess you need to report any encoding bugs to the Mencoder team with a sample of the video.

Every time I use Clown_BD with the latest version of eac3to I receive an error message telling me to update to the latest version of tsmuxer. The version it asks for is 1.10.06, which is the version I have. I have tried reinstalling tsmuxer but receive the same error message. Any ideas?

Make sure that the path in the options is correct. Otherwise download the .ZIP version again, unpack and run.

I have an issue with the BD to DVD feature.

It works fine, except that even if I choose the DVD9 output, it result in fairly small ISO between 2.5 and 3.6 gig, where I would expect something that would be around 7gb to fit on a DVD9 (8.5gb).

Anyone have an idea?

2.5gb will aso fit on a DVD-9. You need to check the generated mencoder statement.

It's the regular 0.79 build (link above). The trick is to get the use tsMuxeR checkbox into the 3rd state (see 2nd picture - use MuxMan), and then after that it's self explanitory.
