Have a look at YAMF (http://24hourloop.com/downloads/cat_view/18-code) (feed BD Clown .ts into YAMF).
Unlimited subtitle and audio streams directly from .ts or externally added. Direct audio conversion of streams via different tools (eac3to suggested) but can do many others.
