Subtitle position problem

I was asked to convert few Chinese BD to xvid with hardcoded English subtitles. (at the usual bottom)

Megui worked beautifully
Files are great quality

But now I was aked to add the Chinese subtitles (not hardcoded any more, but selectable IDX/SUB)

Now I have an issue with playback.
Videolan does not have an option to move the subs to the top

On Win 7 x64 Vobsub 2.23 will NOT load in MPC HT

MPC build in subtitles support has an option to change position of the subtitles, but it does NOT work (no matter how I change the values)

VSfilter 2.39 x64 also does not load in MPC & in WMP it does NOT change the position of the subs

The only way I could do it, is to use 32-bit WMP on Win7 x64 with Vobsub 2.23

Vobsub 2.23 does actually make the display position as I need them, at the TOP

Is it me/my setup or ie. vsfilter 2.39 is buggy?

JM2C: I do not trust the versions of VSFilter newer than 2.33.

So it seems, ONLY could get 2.23 working, pity it does not load in MPC on Win7... :(
