balance brightness

Hello, how can I balance brightness, delete shadows if is possibile, from an image?

there is a original image and a image filtered with photoshop that balance brightness (shadow and light function)...

I don't want use a costant increasing brightness (because if original image if already good, it became too much clear) but brightness must be balanced in relation to image

which script can I use ?

- Export all frames to BMP
- Batch-Processing with Adobulus Photoshopulus
- ImageSource() the processed BMPs.

so, I have these 3 images.. look "T" product
I want make an analize based on color, but 3 images have different exposure..

so, there is any avisynth script to balance in automatic to have for example "T" with similar color/exposure..
HDR filter is image is already brighter, increase brightness
