If I recorded a TV show on a +RW DVD, then erased the show by mistake, is there a way to unerase that show?

Nope, not unless you're willing to fork out moneyz for DR program(s), and even then it's highly unlikely you'd have any luck.

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of, but I thought if anyone would know that someone would be here.

I don't think data can be restored from an erased DVD-RW media, because the data has been physically erased from the disc layer.
"Undeleting" files from a HDD often is possible because delete only kills the file system entry and marks the corresponding disc area as "free", but without actually overwriting the data on the disc.
In your case things are quite different! Maybe some forensic laboratory with special hardware could recover some data, but with standard consumer hardware your chances are bad...

Hi! I don't think data can be restored from an erased DVD-RW media, because the data has been physically erased from the disc layer. I don't believe the data is actually erased if you do a "Quick format" as the method for "deleting"...
