Sending captured video stream to another program

How can I "link" a video capture SW to this SW (http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stvply/index.html), in such a way the second SW processes in realtime the video provided by the first?

Thanks, it works like a charm.
Unfortunately, I just discovered that VD can't apply filters in real time, but just on AVI files.
