Error that is making me angry

I reinstalled my windows xp
I installed K-lite Mega Codec Pack latest version
mkvtoolnix latest version
mkv extract-gui latest version
avisynth latest version
aegisub latest version

i downloaded a soft-subbed file
extracted the sub
then i muxed the file without the subs to make it RAW
but when i try to open it in aegisub i get

i've tried reinstalling all the programs, i've tried with cccp, with ffdshow single installation and still i can't do anything :(
