This doesn't include effects, that are untested on windows, however, you can find a separate effects build at http://people.videolan.org/~jb/vlmc/effects.7z
Just extract them in your [vlmc_path]/effects/ directory
Carefull! This is a test version and it will crash often, but personally I think it is nice they let us follow the progress of VLMC.
